Import parcels from Excel

Each row becomes a parcel with its own PLT label. If a row names a container, the parcel is added to it automatically.

1. Download the template, fill one row per parcel (only the 4 orange columns are required), and save it.
2. Pick the container and phone country below. They apply to every row, so the file only holds what differs per parcel.
3. Choose the file below. Nothing is saved yet: you will see a preview first.
4. Photos are not part of the import. After the import, a warehouse worker opens the phone app, scans the parcel label, takes 1 to 3 photos and presses Upload. Photos attach to the parcel by its PLT number.
5. Check the preview, then press Import. Pictures are attached to each parcel as it is created.

Staff accounts

Everyone here signs in with their own email and password. The role decides what they can do. Switching someone off signs them out straight away. A switched-off account is deleted automatically after 8 hours, unless you switch it on again before then.

Every change your staff made: parcels, containers, payments, hand-overs, settings and accounts. Clear empties this list. Your parcels and accounts are not touched. The platform administrator keeps a separate permanent record of payments, prices, cash closes and settings changes.

Give the person this password in private. They can sign in straight away, and you can reset it later.

Reports

Parcels are counted by the date they were registered. Amounts are shown per currency and never converted.

Cash for the day

Shows the payments recorded from the day this version was installed. Count the cash in your drawer, enter it, and close your day. Agents see only their own payments.

This is the wording customers receive. It fills in by itself: {name} {items} {count} {container} {code} {company}. Each customer gets the version in their own language.

Archive old parcels

Moves parcels that were collected a long time ago, and the arrived containers that hold only such parcels, out of your lists and searches so the app stays tidy. Nothing is deleted: you can restore everything below at any time. Parcels still on their way are never touched.

Rates

Sea cargo is charged per CBM and air cargo per kg (the larger of actual and volume weight). List the currencies you accept, then type the rate for each. Leave a rate empty if you do not use it.

Counter rules

A minimum charge lifts small parcels to a fixed price. Storage fees start after the free days and are added to the parcel on request from the Counter tab. Leave a box empty for none.
